German Grand Prix 2016, Hockenheim - Race 12/21

More mechanical grip should help though, maybe?

But made the cars more sensitive to turbulent air, so following closely will be more difficult.

Should have reduced the complexity of the front and rear wings, increased the size of the diffuser to increase ground effect and add the bigger tyres.

Would also have liked larger wheels as well, just a jump to 16" would have been a good start with the associated increase in brake size.

Williams are just dreadful at strategy and done well badly this year.

Yup, no idea how they are letting it keep going on, strategy guy should be fired, Symonds fired, despite my personal dislike for his involvement in crashgate, that car hasn't done anything in three years. It's the most basic design, nothing notable has improved beyond the engine and they have dropped back each year significantly and now FI who frankly have less money are now better. They got gifted extra money by Ferrari/Renault engined cars dropping behind them due to constructors money and their lacking ambition meant they stuck with guys who aren't good enough.

2014 was a gift, they should have shown some ambition and made big changes in the car, got a young hungry driver in place of Massa the crash machine and moved on. Such a promising situation and they've done nothing with it at all.
