Just get the 780 classy. no need for Ti version. not much more performance from the 780. I just bought a pair of 780's myself and could have got Ti, but decided against it. wasn't worth it tbh. Saved £200

OK its £32 more than you were looking at but it would give you a much better upgrade than just a new GPU.

I would in fact wait until the new Intel chips come out in a few weeks to see what that does to pricing.
Cheers for the suggestion but I'm waiting for the next tick i think in the Intel Road map before i jump and go all out on a new CPU/Mobo and Ram.Therefore i want to make as sensible and reasonable impact as i can currently with a GPU selection.
