Get your wrists out

I hit it hard for about 6 years but stopped for about 5 years during which time I got fat. :). I have been back in training since March and obviously my main emphasis has been on losing the fat that I put on during the break so nothing too intense on the weights front for me until I get down to 16 stone. :)
 
You have good stats :cool: and obviously me being 21st i have to do a lot of cardio to keep as lean as possible i guess when ive had enough i can shrink right down :)

16" biceps, 13" forearms and 8" wrists
38" waist, 49" chest
26" thighs, 19" calves
5' 9" tall, 17 stone.
 
7 3/4 wrists
12 3/4 forearms
16 1/4 Biceps

I would have to guess about a 37 waist at the moment :o

Haven't got a clue about my chest at the moment

Oh and 6ft about 16 1/2 stone

forearm looks to be about 14-15 " not got tape just useing sheet of A4 and theres a 2-3 inch gap would put biceps at around 17-18" will get tape out tonight after work :D

they seem rather large considering you are only 13 stone and 6'3

Don't go to the gym anymore as I get too muscley. Am about half a stone overweight at the minute so need to shift that, but I have always been more of a sprinter's build than a lean type. I really have to watch what I eat as I put on weight fast and lose it slowly. Same with they gym really, but i avoid weights as my shoulders get too broad and my suits don't fit lol.

I have the Sprinters build aswell, dont think my Wrists will get as big as yours though due to the small bone structure in my arms
 
8.5 inch wrist, I was always told that I had a large bone structure. I also find it very easy to put on weight, like my Dad. This is at a bodyweight of 255lbs or so, 6 foot 1.

I think people with smaller joints and good genetics (ecto-mesomorphs / mesomorphs) tend to have the best looking physiques.

Seriously :eek: :confused: . I wouldn't complain about that, it actually sounds like you'd have the right genetics to become a good bodybuilder if you so wished :eek: :D
