I hit it hard for about 6 years but stopped for about 5 years during which time I got fat.
. I have been back in training since March and obviously my main emphasis has been on losing the fat that I put on during the break so nothing too intense on the weights front for me until I get down to 16 stone.

and obviously me being 21st i have to do a lot of cardio to keep as lean as possible i guess when ive had enough i can shrink right down


. I wouldn't complain about that, it actually sounds like you'd have the right genetics to become a good bodybuilder if you so wished
