After seeing a few threads on here, I don't think I'd like to look like that tbh. I've been helping my aunt for a bit at her shop for the last month while my business gets started and that involves lifting 25 kg weights pretty much all day, or 50kgs of rice sometimes. My arms have gone rock solid again in that time and I'm as strong as ever, but need to shift the fat really. I don't think it is possible for me to drop to much less than 11 1/2 stone though.
 
ok, no tape measure and only an online ruler to test...


i cannot get my thumb and middle finger to touch if i wrap my other hand around my wrist (even tightly), using this online ruler my point to point span is 8", however that is not taking into account the curvature of my hand while trying to measure.
looks like about an inch to make the finger/thumb touch. that cannot be right tho, as i dont think my wrists are anywhere near that sort of size!
 
Using the paper ruler from Morba's post my wrists are about 7" apparantly which is rather unexpected, I thought I had really thin wrists, my watch wristband is too tight for most of my mates to put on for instance.

Height: 6'4"
Weight: 11.5 stones or around 70kg last time I checked.

I am 6ft 5" and I have 6 stone on you ;)

:D Believe it or not I don't actually look all that skinny, I'm obviously slim but certainly nothing to worry about anyway. My ideal weight is probably another stone or two from where I am now but I don't just want to put on weight, I want to make sure it is mostly muscle otherwise I'm pretty happy as I am. :)
