Yes I have 2 sleeves and don't regret it - however when I first wanted one at 18 my vision was to have my favourite bands CD covers tattooed on in a sort of skin library.
Glad I didn't as while I still listen to them, they are no longer my favourite and thinking back to it now, seems quite naff.
As mentioned, be careful of anything that might be seen as confrontational such as opposing teams - angry/drunken footie fans aren't best known for their actions.
So my advice is - don't get anything to do with names, music or anything else that it likely to change (i.e football teams). Or worse yet, I shudder to think how anyone who was mad enough to get a tattoo of their favourite 70's children's TV show hosts feel right now...
