I’ve left it unplugged for an hour or so now and had the battery out. Still no boot without gpu or lights on keyboard or mouse.Fans spinning ok
Did you Reset the cmos on the motherboard ?

Oh I did uninstall the Amd drivers. Everything was working on Friday night. New gpu and ram at 3600mhz. I got 2x 8gb 3600mhz ram.Your going to have to turn it off at some point, can't say what the issue is but it could be the higher ram setting messed with the system some how.
Is it stable with your old ram or are you using the new ?
Was the 3600mhz 16gb or 32gb.
You really need to unistall the old and drives and install the nvidia driver.
Use this to uninstall the old drivers.

Yeah I have the 4x 2400mhz 4gb modules in at the minStill think is due to your new ram but I could be wrong as it's overclocked on your system.
