** GIBBO's BLACK FRIDAY DEALS ARE NOW LIVE!! **

I'd expect £450 for the MG279Q to be a good sale price and under £350ish for the Acer. If I remember though, the Acer has less features and smaller FreeSync range.

The Acer xf270hu has a freesync range of 40hz-144hz, which I've found my r9 390 nitro drives easily.
The crimson drivers will allow for freesync at lower fps than 40.

They are cracking mate, had one on a 5820k which is a hotter chip for a while now, keeps it very very cool with the stock silverstone fans and tbf is very quiet too.
Couldnt recomment enough

This is the best AIO cooler. Asetek are the OEM for all majors.

I use it for all my testing and binning.

The fans are quiet too just allow the MB to control them, plug them into CPU and CPU opt headers and set the profile in Bios to silent. Done!!

No other AIO for sure is better than this in 240mm form without going as high as EK predator.

Why does the bundle show as being out of stock if i try and put in my basket?

Click the bundle, once on the bundle page it will show in stock and all parts are in stock, though some memory kits are low but the memory drop down shows you the status of stock on memory drop down options.

It shall be this one:

ORDER NOW

That shall be from £499.99 next week, only 80 units, your name is down for one. :)
It has no SSD, buy seperately.

Hold on a minute - the CPU and mobo alone are more than 499(if you buy them seperately) - so you're in effect giving away the cooler ram and I guess the guaranteed overclock foc? What gives, what's the catch?!

I've a meeting at 09:45 tomorrow which I may have to promptly try and get out of!!

Anyone tell me which of the ram options are the better visual fit with that motherboard. Stuck on mobile at the minute so can't check for myself properly and trying to suss it out in the morning before they are gone might be a tad tight!

Either the Dom plats or the Geil Evo's

Well I have seen the MG279Q cheaper then £450 at 2 places this weekend, with the cheapest being £431. Hopefully Overclockers will do a good deal on it and the AGON AG271QG, then I just have to pick which one :D

Plus I prefer to buy from Overclockers after how well they treated me after my 7990 developed a fault.

Was about ask which colour Geils as I see 3 options - then realised their RGB! D'oh!! Nice one, as I am a mug for pretty lights!

I am considering the Corsair 3000mhz stuff instead, it's a little more expensive than the Geil Evo X, but it's low profile, and a bit quicker to boot.

If colour changing RAM is more important then maybe the Geil Evo X is better? My PC is under the desk so it's not that big a deal to me, (although I can see the appeal!).

Still unsure if the evo X/mobo combo will allow the cooler to sit in the roof of the enthoo pro m.

I'm just gonna buy it and hope for the best..if it can reach to fit to the front then great.

Edit..looks ok...ty google!

Would the 500 pound bundle offer much better performance than I already have?

Running an overclocked i7 4790k, 16gb ram on a msi ITX board and an 780ti.

Also is the mobo in the offer RGB?

tbh get a new gpu.it will be quicker but youd get better gains by spending that money on a gpu. 1070 or 1080 would be atleast double performance.

No. I was seriously considering going for the offer but it's not much of a upgrade from my 4670k let alone your 4790k. Kabylake with it's new 200 series chipset (maybe AMD's Zen too if you believe the rumours) will be with us in January which would make more sense but with the tiny performance improvements that Intel has been giving us with each new release even that may not be a worthwhile upgrade.

Get a new gpu. A 1070 will give you up to twice the performance in some games. I went from a EVGA GTX780 FTW which is near enough 780ti performance and the gains have been impressive.
