Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme 2080ti Fan issue running at extremely high RPM all of a sudden?

hello friends
so im the next victim of revv problem when gpu (2080 ti gaming oc) reach exactly 86c.
heard all over the internet about thermal paste problem that repaste could fix it. but also read a lot that after a short time (1 month) problem happen again. so guys do you have the problem after repaste or what?

If one of the fans starts failing it can affect the others if they are all connected on the same power/rpm cables.

I had this on my gigabyte G1 GTX 1080, replacing the fans fixed the problem. I also replaced the paste for a 10c drop.
