I keep on seeing this cute girl on the bus every day home from school, we smile at each other. The thing is i don't know here at all, not even here name and what year she is in (looks at 9year, same as me). How should i ask her in a kind gentle way what her name is, age and would you like to come out sometime?

Don't ask her age man! You might as well chop off your penis and save some time.

On a serious note, just smile as per usual and at the smile back say hi and ask how her day went. You'll probably be able to gauge her age off the conversation and when it comes to asking her out sometime just swap numbers and build up rapport over a few days before you suggest it. But don't ask her age, that's a life lesson.
