Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery | Netflix

It was ok but i preferred the first movie.

I do like how they are attempting to capture who dunnits from the past such as Miss Marple, Poirot, Columbo however i dont know if its just because most of the characters are unlikeable they dont captivate like the oldies.

Got around to watching this an I enjoyed the first 2/3rds of this movie. It was dragging me along in a way like Guy Ritchie at his best over blown characters great visuals witty dialogue and pace. But the ending just ruined it for me I expected more from the murder mystery it was very contrived. I was really deflated at the end because I had been enjoying it so much. Need to go and watch some Morse or Suchet's Poirot now to cleanse the pallete.

I doubt this third instalment will be as good as the original, as I felt Glass Onion missed the mark a little. But I can't say why.

Not as clever as the first. Cast not as good. Didn't really feel a connection or sympathy for Andi. Was trying too hard to be 'of the moment'.
Making a new power source and giving it a stupid name is like Die another day or Avatar.. just went too far.

1st one was vastly better.

Don't hold back @red eye  I think you hit the nail on the head with the "trying to hard to be 'of the moment'.
