Got to apologise for the annoying post but could someone give me the price guide for a 1997 Hyundai Coupe 2.0SE with 90k milage.

Cheers

I have done but was under the impression that Parkers was fairly useless and would prefer a 2nd opinion.

Cheers

Glass's trade book only goes back to 99.

That Vauxhall link is also totally useless unless you wish to part ex your car. It gives neither trade nor retail prices.

Yeah but part ex is trade price.

I didn't think so. They can make so much more on a new car purchase that the can afford to take a little loss on the part-ex. That was my understanding anyway.

The difference between a trade price and what your offered is known as an over allowance - Ie taking some profit out of the car they're selling to make part ex appear better.

But do the deal and all they do for the paperwork is reduce the price of the car, and reduce what they are offering you part ex but keep balance the same.

Trade price is trade price.

Part ex can be trade price + little profit out of car prospective customer is looking to buy, BUT there is NO guide to dictate that as it is down the dealer.
