Well BMI is a **** way of measuring things.
 
I am now below the average (27), most like someone from Egypt........but at my highest weight two years ago I was the fattest person the world according to that Calculator and most like someone from Micronesia, whose name is rather ironic tbh.......:eek:

However BMI is a totally flawed system. Waist to Height comparison is better.

Yet I have a BMI of 29 according to that chart and those two points difference make me totally fat.
 
It reckons I have a higher body fat percentage than 67% of all UK males, even though BMI has NOTHING to do with body fat percentage.

Poor show BBC.
