They have to be careful not to make it too tacky I think. I like the simplicity of the original theme. Not sure about some of the alternative logos!

Hasn't appeared for me.. I'm 'R', have a gmail.com (not googlemail) and signed up within the first month or so of Beta (even though it's still in Beta ).

Where's the correlation!

My account just got them enabled, I signed up in Feb 2005. The default looks good, but I've gone for the Ninja theme for now

Just been enabled on mine now. Gone for the Planets theme as it matches the scheme I have on iGoogle.

Finally got mine in the end.. loving the minimalist theme really gfoes well with the rest of my computer theme - shame that it doesn't saturate the color from the GMail logo
