Were you drunk?
Disappointingly sober.

The only thing at which I would have got squemish... I wonder what that was like... do tell

Probably the most painful thing I've had happen to me...didn't feel anything at first but then I stood up and pulled the plank off me...The nail grated alllll the way out and sent vibrations up and down my leg. It left a 6" scar behind too.

Made a hell of a 'pop' too :/

Can I add a couple of things to the list?

My sister cut the end of my left ring finger off in a garden gate hinge when I was a kid. Ta to Jokester for reminding me of that one...

My appendix ruptured when I was about 12.

I'll probably think of more...

Shattered right Radius and Ulna - Pushed of a climbing frame - Steel plate and 2 steel pins.

Snapped my Radius - Roller Blading

Fractured Skull - Pushed off a tractor thing.

Fracued Skull x 2 - Hit with a cricket bat.

Osgood Schlaters Disease - Mainly due to rugby more here

Broken most fingers/toes - more rugby

Broken nose - fighting/rugby

Shingles at the ripe old age of 15 :/

Been quite lucky in a few things, split my knee open before, aswell as almost broke my spine/coxes - Fell out of a tree approx 20' (good job for me fat ass)

Fell off a church roof at around 20+' into a bush - church can be seen here

They have been more but less serious.

Oh and bit through my tounge twice :/

Ran into a wooden post when I was about 4 and cut my head open :o

Cut down to the bone on one of my fingers with a knife

Nearly broke my ankle going down a 40 foot abseil tower in one jump, as well as quite bad burns on my hand attemping to slow myself :p

Came of a skateboard going down a hill, front wheels hit a manhole and the board just stopped... I carried on and landed on concrete. That face plant knocked a tooth out and I had loads of cuts/split lip etc

Playing football and sprained my ankle, which trapped a nerve causing me to pass out and have a seizure :/

I managed to stab myself in the knee with one of these:

And somehow never broken a bone and only had to go to A&E over the finger as I lost about a pint of blood - quite a lot for an 8-9 year old.

Well if we're going to go that far back, I hit a concrete post after going downhill on a bike and made a mess of my head when I was like 8. About a year or so ago I ripped a hole in my leg above the knee during an endo, cause I got a bit close to a metal picket fence which was a bit pointy :\.

My sister had/has that.

My dad had/has ankylosing spondylitis - he spent a lot of time in hospital in his teens.

I have a 1 in 5 chance of getting it before I'm 30.

Oh - all three of my maternal uncles and my maternal grandfather have had testicular cancer...So I'll probably lose a nut or two at some point.

Shingles at the ripe old age of 15 :/

I was about 17 when I got my bout of it - it spread from my spine around to my right ribs.

I have a nice lump on my knee from it, I can say from experience in its early stages any sort of knock to it is crippling, it gets better with time.

As for shingles I was rushed to the doctors as they thought I had meningitis , my mam who is a nurse just sat there and said "you know its probably just shingles", glad she was right.

It attached my lower back and around my love handles, attacked a nerve about 6" long not really too bad.

I have ITP (Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura ) Blood condition

None of my injuries were cool but i have cut my head open right down to the bone twice (18 months and 2 years old), burnt the skin off my arm (5 years old), cut my lip open with a pencil (few months old)

I think my bones are made of rubber -- I've fallen down stairs, cracked my head on a step, been hit at point blank range by a hard-hit cricket ball (which left a seam indentation on my shin bone), but never broken a bone.

When I was a kid I killed my two front teeth after constantly walking into things. I was toothless for about 6 years. Also during my childhood I suffered chest infections pretty much constantly until I was about 12, coupled with asthma. Made it easy to get out of PE!

Playing tennis on gravel in my teens I managed to rip my fingernail most of the way off. Blood everywhere, pretty painful but had much fun disgusting people by walking up to them and peeling my fingernail back. Also around that time had what was thought to be Osgood-Schlatters -- a year or two of very painful knees!

Last year, had an operation to remove a cyst (just over an inch in diameter) from my jaw.

So nothing quite as severe as some of the others in here, but it's amazing to think of all the things that have happened over the years!

Crutiate ligament and torn cartiladge in knee

Irritable bowel syndrome :o

Apart from that, never been ill except for boring tonsillitus as a kid.

Can't beat all that, but one day my 3 year old stepson opened a kitchen cupboard and used it to climb onto the worktop. He's 22 now and at the time the kitchen unit doors had that metal moulding on the top with a sharp ridge and a curved surface to act as a handle. Well anyway, standing up he stretched up to try and reach the top of the wall cabinet and slipped off the surface (can you see where this is going?) to land...

...astride the top of the lower cupboard door.

It still makes my eyes water.

I've not had any broken bones caused by myself, but i have/do suffer from Scoliosis of the spine.

Basically, my spine grew at an s shape, and twisted at the same time. Have had to have major surgery to take 2.5 ribs out, and screw two metal rods to my spine. Meant being in hospital for 2-3 weeks, being on a NO SWEARING load of drugs, and missing 6 months of school. And somehow managed to get decent GCSE's after all that too :p

Have got before and after xray's i could post up if anyone's interested

Still no broken bones (amazingly) but ...

Glandular Fever
Hepatitis B
55% burns, 25% were full thickness

Do they count?

PS Welshy - edit that sweary dude.

Bounced on an inflatable chair, bang! cracked head on wall, tom & jerry lump.

Cycling as hard as I could in the rain, slip, bang head on the floor, no helmet.

Messing about on the playground in ice, fell, bang smacked mouth on floor, blood. ouch. :(
