Agree with you completely. Especially how smoothly the game moved from cut scene to game play. And thats with very low vram and the rest.

But god of war for me had it all (except multi-player) sound, visuals, story and a great anti-hero. Losing FF13 is nothing to what a bad gow3 could do to the ps3. Also past previews of other gow titles haven't been that far off. Rember seeing screen shots of Kratos battleing a cyclops and the porduct wasn't far off.

Its hard not to get hyped about game that has x-rated mini games.

I just hope for the love of god they don't use the sixaxis for GOW3.

No way, the frame rate is so jerky in the 2008 vid, colours are washed out.

Colours are similar to those of GOW, and everyone faps over that. It's war, and it's also cloudy and dark. So yeah expect colours to be "washed out" Or possibly just dull due to the circumstances.

As for the video in question, I'm happy, No it doesnt look as good as the original CGI movie we saw, but it looks damn good.

Killzone 2 looks stupidly amazing graphics-wise. if anyone is going to diss any game's graphics, that -really- isn't the smartest choice to pick. In my view, the actual game itself goes beyond the 2005 trailer in many artistic aspects - especially the oppressive, grimy and bleak elements of the Helghan world. Anyways, enough rambling, the gameplay itself hasn't been proved at all yet and the first game was mediocre at best. But it really just doesn't make sense to take a swipe at the game for its graphics. They're simply unparalled so far until hopefully God of War 3.

God of War III release date & info in new PSW mag

CVG is reporting that the next issue of UK publication PlayStation World will include an extensive preview on Sony’s upcoming God of War III, including all-new screenshots as well as a firm release date.

While major details are being kept underwraps, the PSW blog did hint that the release isn’t too far off, stating that the game would be out "sooner than you think!"

God of War III was first unveiled in teaser trailer form at Sony’s press conference at the E3 Media and Business Summit last month. Expect the content of the PSW preview to surface on the web as soon as the magazine hits the shops.
