Going from Creative i-Trigue to Logitech Z-2300 a downgrade?

You'll also need a headphone jack to phone L/R cable, and some speaker cable, neither of which are that expensive, but obviously don't get 5p stuff or it won't sound much better because the cable wont transfer the info properly :)

Have you chosen some speakers? :)
