As a student I took one shower in the morning every single day?

It's either that or don't flush the loo after a pee. We waste so much water in this country. If you've ever lived in places where water is rationed (i.e. you don't get water every day) you soon learn to only flush when you need to, turn the taps off when you're soaping yourself or brushing your teeth.

Yes I agree, we're a rich country and have the ability to flush as many times as we want etc... that doesn't mean we should be irresponsible with it either.

It's clearly not about it going to a different system. It's about utilising the water being used for the shower to wash away urine, as opposed to a 6 gallon flush.

Perhaps you should get with the times. UEA is a good university, granted it's not oxbridge but it is a top 20 university nonetheless.

Over in my country as wee don't have any natural water supplies (no rivers,lakes etc) we use salt water for our fire hydrants and toilets. And yes i pee in the shower.
