Going to get one of these but which would you pick?

Would be the F430 Scud, without a second thought, the colour combo and the wheels actually look really nice, and I imagine they look even nicer in the flesh.

It's a tough call. Until recently I would've said Scud without thinking about it, but I saw a black 8C in the flesh a month or so ago and it not only looked beautiful but sounded AWESOME. Still, I'd go for the Scud :p

Skyline which would obviously be an R34 GTR and in absolutley mint condition would be £35,000?

But then there's the Nissan GTR which I think he actually meant? :p

I'd still have the scud.

Yanks didn't get the Skylines (well not easily at least).

Nothing wrong with the R35 though - would spank most things :)

Get a Murcie Ice, or a Zonda. Not driven the Scud yet but the 430 is a lively little chap, you have to be awake to drive it. How much will they run you? Around $300k for the Scud i'm guessing? For that you can get a standard 430 and a 911 Turbo as a DD surely? :)

Personally I'd take the Alfa over the Scud simply because it looks a damn sight nicer to me! Not particularly keen on Ferrari styling though.

I'd get a Caterham R500 or an Exige if I was off to the track so it wouldn't have to be the perfect drivers car.

But then i'm not going to have that amount of cash in the near future!

Not a big fan of the Murcielago, I prefer the Gallardo and to be honest I'd rather a stock 430 over that. They did also have a new California in the showroom too to my surprise. Both the Scud and the 8C are ~$280k so they're both similar in price, both have warranty too + an extended is only $7500 per year for unlimited miles. (May sound a lot but think about the value of the car compared to normal extended warranties).

As for the new GTR, it's a good car but there is no way I'm going to choose one of those over something like this. If I was buying another 911 then it would factor into my choices but sorry, it's not even in the same league.

I'd get teh Alfa, and I'd regret it every second I wasnt actually looking at it. The F430 is far more of a medallion than the Alfa, you'd need to open your shirt 3 buttons down from the collar. You'd still need to do that same with the Alfa, but it would be because the air con was broken.
