Good areas of Birmingham?

Try Edgbaston and Solihull - Bound to be something to suit that budget and these areas are very close to Birmingham but a lot more peaceful
 
Solihull town centre has been invaded by chavs ever since Touchwood shopping center was built. :( but the area is still much nicer than most of brum.
 
Soliihull for the win, there are the occasional kevs/chavs around but there are soo many fine ladies in solihull, Havent seen better in such a small area. But shirley, mosely, hall green, Monkspath are all nice areas.
