Good Breakfast ? ?

Often on a saturday i'll have a soft white bap with stornoway black pudding and those beef and cracked black pepper sausages...that's bliss for me. I agree with the person earlier - breakfast isn't breakfast without black pudding.

Whilst I try to eat the healthy options through the week come a Sunday my wife and I enjoy :

  • Bacon (3 for me 2 for her)
  • Link Sausage (2 each)
  • Lorne Sausage (1 each)
  • Fried Eggs (2 for me 1 for her)
  • Mushrooms
  • Fried Bread or Tattie Scone (2 each)
  • Hash Browns (2 each)
Got to love it!

Never liked the thought / smell of nutella.

Yesterday I cooked up:

Smoked haddock
Poached duck egg
Fried tomato
Toast

Was good, a bit lighter than a full English.

Fluffy Blueberry pancakes with maple syrup is another good one, don't make those that often however.

Apart from the bread and hash browns that's really not unhealthy at all, don't feel guilty!

Yesterday I had:

6 Sausages
7 Rashers of bacon
3 Eggs
2 Fried bread
Tin of fried plum tomatoes

Delicious :)

Bacon
Sausages
Fried Egg
Fried Soda bread
Fried Potato bread
Mushrooms
Beans
Toast
Large cup of tea!
(hash brown optional)

Ulster Fry! Yum!

This morning I had a runny boiled egg, and 1.5 slices of toast with marmite, crunchy peanut butter and strawberry jam. Not all at once of course. And a glass of sweetened soyabean milk. T'was yum! :)

I like a nice bowl of oatbran with buckwheat, non readily fermenting fruits like banana, apple or coconut with soya milk. Delish. ;)

Can always chuck in a little honey as well.
