Good Breakfast ? ?

This morning I had a runny boiled egg, and 1.5 slices of toast with marmite, crunchy peanut butter and strawberry jam. Not all at once of course. And a glass of sweetened soyabean milk. T'was yum! :)

How do you manage a half slice of toast? Do you toast 2 and eat one and a half?

Depends on what you mean by "good" ;)

Generally avoid everything "low fat" as this stuff is often worse for you. Same can be said for most cereals.

Eggs
Bacon
Toast
Tomatoes

Oats

Mackerel on toast

Smoothie with whey, milk, oats and then some berries/cinnamon/nesquik for convenience

At the weekends it's 3 soft boiler eggs mashed in a cup with a bit of butter, salt and pepper on some toast.

Perfect every time.

Eggs x 2 (one fried and one poached for veriaty)
Bacon x 3 or 4
Sausages x 2
Hash Brown
Mushrooms
Black Pudding
White Pudding (if you can find it)
Beans
Chopped Tomatoes (mix in some HP sauce for added flavour)
Fried Bread (what else are you going to put your eggs on?)
Toast for dipping.
Bread Bap/Cake for sandwich making.
Orange Juice (including pulp) - probably need at least a pint of it.

Or, if you have a stinking hang over and cant be arsed, KFC!!

Dont usually eat brekkie but if i do it's something like this :p

3 sausages
5 bacon (crispy)
3 fried eggs (runny)
baked beans
plum tomatoes (if enough space)
2 toast
fried bread
fried mushrooms
ketcup/hp/mustard (dollop of)
large cup of tea
a smoke

Goes without saying ;).

Cooking a fry up atm. I'm having:
Links sausage x 2
Fried egg x 1.
Bacon rashers x 3.
Beans, half a can.
Toast x 2.
Waffles x 2.

I forgot to buy any black pudding and tattie scones. :( Though waffles are just as good, if not better!

You also forgot the square sausage TBH :(
