Mixed bag tonight
Squats were all out of sorts, couldn't get the groove :/

These were all over the place, after the 240 I dropped the weight and tried to find my groove again but it wasn't to be.
Bench was okay, still can't get tight enough in the bottom position. These were comp standard with lift out and full commands.
