Goodbye 4T5

Still makes me sad to think that such a genuine guy and esteemed member of the forum has passed away :(

I feel like we should do something in his memory. Someone mentioned that they're going to do a motorcycle ride.

Would anyone else be up for doing something? Even if it's having a mini-meet?

I never met the guy but he was pretty much part of the brickwork here :(

Still need opinions on my post above. :)

And yeah he was one of the few members whos posts I remember reading for years :(

I'd be up for a ride in his memory, there's a few of us around the midlands and we were on about doing a little meet at some point over the summer already.

The organising is best left to someone else though I'm just about managing to organise myself out of bed and into the office at the minute.

A Justgiving page has been set up in Malc's memory

Proceeds to The Air Ambulance service.

Would somebody who was close to Malc like to contribute a more comprehensive write up for the body of the page? If so please let me know, and Trust message it to me.

Could a Mod perhaps ad this to the opening post of the thread?

Please share this link to a certain extent to help the cause, but please remember to consider the privacy of his family.

I think a bump wouldn't be frowned upon here.

How about a donation by anyone wanting to think about something other than current affairs :)

Another free bump. Come on guys, we can do better than 26 donations for a good cause like this and in memory of someone so central to the forum. :o I know money is tight for a lot of folks but if everyone who read this thread gave just a quid...

Just seen this

****ing hell I remember his posts from the back of of last year about him taking a dive and in a bad way.

RIP

Didn't even realise. I read his posts and remember him being ill. What was it that he suffered from?

R.I.P

He had some sort of troubles with his heart I believe. :(

What makes it worse is that he got much better since then, and was in high spirits and planning a biking trip which he seemed to be really looking forward to, and then he passed just a couple of days after he was posting about it... :(

Ah man, just popped in because I hadn't been on ocuk for some time. RIP Malc. I'll never forget your tales of your dog barking at you while you tried to have a poo! :(

He had Jack Russell or a small staffie who used to sit in the doorway watching him have a poo, and then started barking every time he strained :p

I think it was Frank the staffy :p

Ah, miss ya malc30/*****/4T5 Malc.
