It seems a shame that debates like this rage on all the time. Just looking back on the previous posts the overall mood is that there are a lot of peeved gamers among us. I don`t think it is gonna get any better for us more experienced gamers.
Take tiger woods golf for example. For a new kid to the scene playing tigerwoods 2076 (being a bit sarcy here) for the first time it`s gonna be great and new and fresh. For us who have played 2004 there is no difference hardly between the two.

You have to ask yourself also if BF2 was totally bug free would there really be any need for BF2142 or whatever it`s called after all it`s just BF2 with different models.
What`s after BF2142? BF3022? or BF 65,000,000 B.C. with dinosaurs in it?

BF Bad company they are already working on the next game, its a WW2 game for the console and pc i think

No but if they released 200 games a year and there were 10 good ones that would be ok.

How do you define good? These supposedly awful games are enjoyed by thousands of people. Sure most of us have more refined tastes so we don't like them, but what makes us more right than them? All these games of Disney films are crap but so what? They are for young children. Do they care if a game is crap by our standards? Of course they don't. Children just want something fun where they can run and jump around. They don't critically analyse their games like we do and the same is true of many other groups of people. People need to stop thinking that games are made for gamers and start thinking that games should be made for people.

The only games I like from EA are MOHAA (and spearhead) and BF2. EA went downhill with Breakthrough and Pacific Assault

I just hope it doesn't turn into the Movie Industry or even worse the Music industry.

I just hope EA don't start some kind of XFactor program.

God everyone is so negative. There's not really anything wrong with the film or music industries. It doesn't matter if there's a lot of crap because there's more than enough quality stuff for everyone.

an xfactor thing would be good, find unknown great graphics designers and programmers and make a team of them create a game. obviously the game would have to be decent but it is a good way for people to discover talent. unfortunately in the music industry the "talent" has none and the music is poor.

I hate EA with a passion and usualy ignore all EA titles but I will make one exception for C&C3, I can't miss that game.
