It should definitely be a feature that the end user has a choice to toggle. It's secure enough for my use case.

That was the point I was (apparantly badly!) trying to make. From my experience of using it with the Mate 20 Pro and the S20FE (both of which also had under screen FPS) it was the faster and more convenient option. Choice is nice!
