Good chef I think.

I'm a chef and if my boss started shouting and swearing at me like he sometimes does she'd be knocked out.

I do know its mostly hyped for Tv can't imagine most people would work for him for very long if he did act like that!
 
Know him personally, what you see is what you get with Gordon, he likes his women, and he likes a sniff, or used too.

also has a brother Ronnie who is a heroin addict, who sleeps rough a lot in the south, Gordon tries to help him, but you can only help those who want your help.

in this interest, Gordon donates a lot of money to charity's that deal with homeless people and drug issues.

hes one of the good guys, whatever you think of his attitude ;)

It's not fake a lot of his chefs say that's what he's like. It can be pretty funny, when its not the hundreth show where he reprint a wall and simplifies the menu.
 
I think he is in the Clarkson mold. Honest and doesnt give a rats ass. Fair play to him, not a fan of his shoes but can see he has talent.

The most recent outing in the US that aired a few days ago really disproves that.

Hes one of the worlds best awarded chefs...and hes earned it.

Has had quite a few nasty dealings, believe filming something about the illegal shark fin trade he ran past security to see what was really going on where they sold him..security surrounded him and his crew and he was douched in petrol before cars where surrounding them in vans etc, he;s also been held at gunpoint at one time for a similar thing.

This has been a big thing in the US for the last week or so.

not gonna lie, watching his tv show, he seems a douchebag, but I guess its for the cameras, he wouldnt be so popular if he was a nice guy.,
