Is this whey isolate? I was told this contains less lactose.

How would I take this exactly?
 
No worries and no it's not whey isolate, it's whey concentrate. Are you lactose intolerant? Isolate is quite a specific supplement meant for rapid absorption, so it's meant to be good after a workout, other wise I'd say concentrate is better and a hell of a lot cheaper!! ;)

You can take it with water, milk or juice. It mixes very easily with just a fork, though a shaker cup is the best and easiest way to mix it. This protein tastes of nothing really so can be a bit bland but that's what you want, no additives ;)

EDIT - that link for the shaker is just an example, I wouldn't buy one of those as there's supposed to be a problem with them, that's why they're B stock.

All ordered. I'm not lactose intolerant but I have been avoiding milk recently because of skin problems. I ordered 4.5kg of the concentrated whey, a large scoop and one of the shakers - it was only 50p so if it's rubbish no real loss.

Can anyone suggest a decent folding bench to get. Something that is quite compact around £100 budget. I work at Argos so anything from there would be good as i'd get the discount!

As far as benching is concerned i'm a beginner so initially it won't need to hold much weight, but i'm looking to make progress so I would guess i'd start by benching 40-50kg but want something that would take more weight as I progress. How much more i don't know exactly.

Am I right in assuming folding benches are weaker then non-folding?
 
In my eyes yes they are much weaker. What you really need to say is what you're going to be using the bench for. I see all these folding benches come with fancy lateral pull down and leg curl attachments that can take a tiny amount of weight.

If the bench is going to be taking 50-80KGs then I should think a bench like the one you are looking for will be fine. I have had one for years and that has been loaded to well over 100KGs before but it never really felt safe.

If I was going out to buy a bench tomorrow, I would look for a solid bench and spend a little more. This would give me the piece of mind that I would be able to load the bench up with a substantial amount of weight and that the frame would remain sturdy for years to come. Before purchasing the bench it is very important to check the weight that the bench will be able to hold, as if you're bodyweight is 80-90KGs + and you're loading a large amount of weight onto the bar, then the frame is going to be under a large amount of pressure.
 
If you can't make it to a gym and really have your heart set on this kind of set-up then just look in the local paper or similar. 99% of the people who buy this stuff never use it after the first go and just want to get rid and reclaim space. You'll be able to pick up some good stuff for peanuts ;)
 
May sound like a retarded question :P but when you say maybe monday 3 x 8 dumbell bicep curls, does that mean you do the 3 sets of 8 all in the same session 3 sessions throughout the day of 1 x 8 or 3 sets 3 times a day?,

You do 3 sets of 8 curls, with like 2 min rests in-between each set.

yea obviously it would consist of far more than this excercises for the leg and back abs and shoulders as well I was just using that single exercise as an example

no not all in one work out :p I was just listing the areas that you exercise over different workouts not sure i have the energy to do all that in one go!
