What's the job? A group interview is a bit of an ambiguous term.

It could be an assessment centre in which case make sure you take the roles the tasks ask of you (I.e. if your asked to defend a position make sure you do). But it could also litterally be an interview in a group in which case you will just sit in a small group and be interviewed. Or even a group of interviewers with just you, but they usually refer to that as a panel rather than a group.

Serious advice, if you get asked to introduce yourself, don't beet around the bush, express yourself, and for goodness sake, don't tell any corny jokes.

It's basically a case of who can be the center of attention, try and take charge but at the same time think about what your saying, any activities make sure you volunteer to speak, write or whatever.

Unless your outgoing these can be very one sided, not a great way to hire people unless your target is overpowering people who are highly opinionated. :D

Hopefully it's NOT activity based. :)

When you're taking a set of keys from the bowl in the middle, look at people to see if they're happy you're picking up that particular set.
