**GOT AN EVGA GRAPHICS RELATED QUESTION OR NEED SUPPORT - ASK HERE!!**

Okay that gives me more of an idea about what to do, Thankyou for replying.

EDIT, Hold on, 2 models? What two models? I only know of an SC.

I know Gainward have one but you don't mean that do you, I also read about Asus's upcoming 6gb 780 model.

No, we have "two" models available. All in all they are the same but one is with Ref clocks and the other one do have SC clocks. 3785 and 3787

Hi, the one with reference clocks, does it also come with a reference cooler?

NM Needed some retail therapy, so bit the bullet and ordered 2 evga gtx780 6GB superclock, should get them on Friday ready for the weekend

Both 6GB models are ACX cooled ones. We do allow to remove the cooler and change the tim on the cards. If you have some good quality one at home you can replace this and it will help to lower temps. At our homepage you can also get a bunch of free games with the card, you just need to register it and reqeust the codes at the promotion section. Let me know if there is any question or issue with the cards.

Got the cards, very impressed, might change the tim later but seem fine so far, Ill get the cards registered tomorrow, I got a couple of free copies of watchdogs already, do we also get some more games when registering?

thanks

Hi mate

Random qn - I bought two EVGA 780 SCs from another supplier (not OCUK's main rival) and I thought they would come with Watchdogs. The price was on offer otherwise I would have gone with OCUK.

Is it possible to get two codes through EVGA with the Serial Numbers?

I am pushing my luck but it would be great

EDIT: If Mods feel this is not appropriate pls delete and let me know

Yes, when you are logged in and the cards are registered you can request more/other gamecodes at SUPPORT - CURRENT PROMOTIONS

Hi,

at this end the question is which store it was because not every store is participating partner of the watchdogs promo. Can you drop me an email to [email protected] with OCUK as subject matter then I will take a look into this.
Generally the promotion is directly with NVIDIA and the Etailers, if your store is not listed in the promo we can not provide you a code because we do also only have codes for purchases in our online store. If your store is partner for this promo we can contact them to get you the codes.

Please also copy me on this mail as I look after all the UK customers and will take it up with them as to why the codes were not issued if they are an official Nvidia partner. ([email protected])

Thanks

Hi again

Possible that you could tell me what(if anything) was wrong with the 2nd card i returned? I wrote an e-mail yesterday, but no reply today, unfortuantly..

RMA #543214001205

Hello Pelinox,

we are only working from Monday - Friday so we have to catch up all mails from the weekend at mondays...
As I can see it did pass all our testings. Have you already received the replacement and is this working in your system?

Nope, not yet, should be here tomorrow. But if it passed all your tests, is it not just the same card I will recieve again?

I seem to have read about people having issues with the latest Nvidia driver - maybe this have been the cause?

Is there a certain way to delete alle previous drivers, that EVGA suggests? The last few times, i've used the Display Driver Uninstaller, maybe i should try something else.. :/

We always replace cards to make sure there is no issue in case we have not found the issue so you will receive a different card. To delete the driver completly off the system you will need to use third party software like driver fusion. In a case like this I would suggest to clean out all driver with a tool like this and also all tools that do have access to the card like Precision, Afterburner, GPUz aso.

Roger that. At this point, i will try it out, see if the same thing makes the driver fail, if it does, im gonna unplug all my drives and install Windows on a SSD i have laying around.

Just wanted to check back in. Recieved what seemed to be a brand new card today, sealed box and whatnot. Upon opening, it looked as another refurb, but truth be told i don't care, cause it is finally working! :D:D:D

Went trough Valley for over an hour, only weird thing is, it has small artifacts while running the benchmark, even at stock, however, this only happens in Valley, worked flawless in Heaven and BF4, even with +150 on the core, so maybe an issue with Valley alltogether:confused:

Bottom line though, its working:cool::D

Not that I have an Nvidia card myself to check but if it’s like white shapes it sounds like it could be the same issue I read about here in Valley.

Hope it helps :)

Yeah there is an issue with the latest WHQL drivers and Valley, lots of people (me included) are getting small white artifacts whilst running the benchmark - I imagine the problem is being worked on :)
