**GOT AN EVGA GRAPHICS RELATED QUESTION OR NEED SUPPORT - ASK HERE!!**

Hi Retro,

sorry to hear this!! Yes, the stock of the 2 way bridge got vaporized within seconds... I putted them online, got a new coffee, wanted to doublecheck everything is fine and saw its already sold out?!?
We should receive the next shipment in about 2 weeks.

Don't you think since it's a item everyone wants they'll make enough to go around. at least make it lest more then a few sec?

Oh well. I'm having a rethink on what to do..?? I might sell both my lightnings for a more powerful single card instead. So might not buy one now....still thinking about it still?

Hiya Dominik,

It seems my EVGA 670 FTW has bitten the dust, multiple artifacts and crashes when gaming and an explosion of colors once finally in windows.

It also has problems being picked up by Windows and it keeps disabling the graphics card stating there are problems.

I've tried everything from reseating, reformatting, different cables, different pc and pci slots and no improvement. Stuck another graphics card in and it works straight away.

Any idea on how long an RMA will take if i sent it off today/tomorrow?

Hey!

Up until now I have been running a GTX780 which I purchased at launch and in the past week or two have decided to purchase another for an SLI setup; alongside many more parts for an overall upgrade.

Id really like to get both 780's one of EVGA's backplates but cannot seem to source one anywhere? Im also interested in their SLI bridges but again cannot find one anywhere for me to distribute to the UK.

Is anyone aware of where I could possibly get these? I contacted EVGA sales, but they were incredibly unhelpful.

Would appreciate any help!

Hi Dakaiez,

we do have two different types of RMA. The normal one, there we need 1-3 business days in our office till we ship a replacement and the advanced service. There you have to place a security collateral via paypal then we will send you a replacement and you have 30 days to send us the old unit back to get the collateral refunded.

those parts are at the moment exclusive available at the EVGA EU online store eu.evga.com. The exclusive availability might change in the future but at the moment I do not have a exact date for this.

It's all good sorted it out with an EVGA rep on the phone.

I've had an RMA approved, sent my item and just awaiting for you to receive and the replacement.
 
Hi Dominik,
Seeing that they recently announced hdmi 2.0 and that several TV manufacturers are saying their TV's will just require a firmware update, is there any news coming out of NVidia along similar lines as of yet?
 
Hi I just received my EVGA GTX760 yesterday and installed it into my system last night. All is working great once my computer is running however it hangs on the splash screen for 1-2 minutes before booting into windows. I suspect that this is something to do with old drivers hanging about from my GTX650 but I'm unsure how to remove them, I've tried using driversweeper without any luck.

Do you have any advice?
 
Hi,

normally driver fusion should work fine for this, I've also already worked with CCcleaner. Here in the forums did also someone post a tool to clean out old drivers, others reported it was working fine.
Have you updated the BIOS of your motherboard? This could also occur issues like this.
 
OK I'll take a look at updating the bios, I think it is the latest but will double check. I'll also try using CCcleaner and driver fusion as well. To be honest it is a minor issue but one I would like to fix anyway.

The card is brilliant once the computer starts btw.
