I guess the fine was done on % over the limit. And I guess he was in a 70 limit. Any points?

What winds me up is inconaistent speed. One moment doing 30 then 35 then 25. No issue with someone who wants to do 30 even if I may not. But inconsistency. Gets on my nerves.

That and ***** on their phones which I'm seeing every minute if I watch out.

This is dreadful and there is also a special place in hell reserved for people that go through 30mph villages at ~45mph and then continue at the same speed once you reach a NSL/60mph section.....
