Will play some tonight. If no ones about I will dust off the graw disc instead, to remember what its like to be able to actually kill someone in MP

Sorry guys been having problems staying connected to host all night. Gears of war just does not like my 360. Network errors or dirty disc errors. As soon as my 2nd 360 pitches up I'm gonna return this one as it's eating my GOW discs. An hour or so of play and I have to remove the disc and polish it up.

It marks the disc up with little thumnail sized marks.

I had awful trouble staying connected tonight too, first time Ive played GoW online, complete pain in the backside

You got the same? Lost connection to host? I had some awful lag in one game where I was chasing someone then they dissapeared.

The first night I managed to get 3 kills is a set and it keeps booting me

My first 360 started out doing this.

It began with not reading perfectly good discs, then started scuffing them as in your case before eventually not reading any game disc at all.

As for the games last night, I need some serious SP practice I think as I was consisitently the worst player in MP.

I couldnt connect through the first couple of invites, and then every game I managed to join would kick me out once it had completed. Dropped back to the lobby, where one by one the other players would vanish leaving only me.

Mine I think is a ntl problem. Others in my area had periodic drops in the last few days.

I have finally removed myself from the world of unreliable wireless and gone to the new age of internet over your electricity.. i shall be engaging in some GoW this evening in order to ascertain if it is good enough for xbox..
