Quickly off the top of my head...
Actual Bugs:
* Weapon fire lag - many times I fire, only to not see if fire till anywhere up to 1/2 second later, makes all the difference when you hit the trigger when someone is in the zoomed in sights, only for it to miss even when very close range, somewhat frustrating.
I've only noticed this once or twice (obvioulsly when someone else is hosting. Yes it is frustrating. I ran away when this happened.

* Grenade trajectory often appearing no matter what weapon you use when you zoom in and messing the screen up
Not Seen this but I'm starting to hear about it almost once a night. Some people have figured out how to resolve this
Wrathamon said:
* No weapon - no model shown, unable to fire, switching weapon does nothing
I've only heard about this a few times, not sure what to say, naughty game

Major Gameplay Flaws:
* No x-invert, a really basic feature to add to allow the controller to be customised for everyone. With third person I am so used to left/right to control the camera (like Zelda) ... you'll often see me turning the wrong way in GoW!
Its almost an FPS. do you invert your x axis in GRAW. Sounds like a user error to me.
Wrathamon said:
* Hard to determine player models - often takes a few seconds to see if its a human or locust you are shooting at, with names of team members only showing if zoomed in at close range. The laclusture 'near Black/White' graphics in most maps doesn't help either.
Not a problem to me, I tend to suck at knowing which team I'm on and fighing whoever runs at me. But when I know what team I'm on its easy to pick out the enemies. Maybe it comes with practice

* Sticking to cover, dropping down from ledges, climbing over things - could all be improved with better control methods.
Sticking to cover when running away has actually saved me more often than not, due to my abrupt change of direction and speed. Dropping down ledges can be a pita, but its better than GRAWs complete lack of it. Climbing over things, never had a problem.

Niggles:
* Random teams? Yeah right, how on earth could they mess up... if they want a nice psuedo-random number generator i'll knock one up for them in a few minutes!
Who actually said it was random? I think we made that up.

They clearly didn't spend any time trying to check the simple things, GoW really is just a glorified tech demo (like Doom3 and all the other linear first person shooters that are churned out with MP just tacked on at a really BASIC level)
Of course it is. Epic and Id make far more money from licencing their game engines than they do creating games. This is nothing more than an advert for their technology.

I'm too stuck in the past, with 8-bit gaming - where gameplay is what is #1 and not graphics. I've been right into 8-bit programming and hardware design as a professional hobby for many, many years and very stuck in my ways - if a game is crap, i'll say it's crap
I do not disagree that there are bugs that need to be fixed. But IMO this game is very good and a lot of fun. most of the bugs are imo niggles.

last night I swear I ran up to krono from the side, he wasn't even facing me he gun was pointing forwards. I pulled the trigger and my head exploded. He claims on his screen he was pointing at me. Now I don't doubt him but I swear to god he wasn't even looking my way.
Actually I saw your shadow and "Flick" fired and got you. It was good luck on my part and desperatly bad luck on yours. Sorry.

I just can't hit **** blind firing the shot gun. It seems so random if I get a down or not.
Its an art form that Alrik (and me to an extent) have mastered. There is a skill to it and I'm sure the more you play the better results you will have with it. One thing you have to get used to is the Shotgun is slightly random. You need to be prepared to fire multiple times, and or run away if you are unable to get a fast kill.

I can't hit anything unless zoomed in.
Sticking a dot on the screen last night seemed to show as if the crosshairs dont line up exactly with where the character is facing or looking - the crosshair is a lot higher than you are led to believe by the perspective.
your not supposed to be able to hit much unless zoomed in.
