It is if you play on pansy mode

On hardest a lot of it is luck if you can get him stuck (which I did on my second try

).

Yes and the casual ones as well, just you dont get the achivements for defeating the various bosses on hardcore, which MUST be done on hardcore difficulty, but you still get the ones for finishing Acts 1-5
