So anyone else play http://www.gpro.net

Swear I've played it before, but just started again. First race was today, got 9th. Not to shabby.

What I don't get is I can only replace 1part on the car between races, but about Hal the part on the car are below 50%. So does anyone place. I assume I will break down next race. I don't get this.

Oops.
I know why, I had it set at 50
Why can I never finish a race / Why is my car always smoking? / Why is my part wear so high?
This is one of the most common questions asked by new GPRO players - and in 99% of these situations, the answer is LOWER YOUR RACE RISKS!

The Game rules state that risks of just 40 should be considered VERY HIGH for rookies - therefore it is recommended that you race with zero risks whenever possible, as this will lengthen the life of your car parts, meaning you will spend less money.

The majority of car parts should be able to last 3 races minimum.

Ah well as long as I don't get promoted, everything resets at end of season. Once out of rookie league, then it doesn't reset.

Yeah does seem to be lots of data needed.

Gone on ***** up the second race, not that I will finish, car will fall apart. Messed up fuel loads.

We I'm getting better, but there advice is rubbish. Only upgrade parts when needed. Yeah that's, start this race it's three parts at 99%. Need to upgrade parts frm before frat race and do an upgrade every race. At least thn you can drop download roll n end of season for reset.

Whattttttt. Thought it was one part only.

Allready signed a young driver should be 83 rating after this race, can't go above 85, or I lose him.

I've done 3 races, think another 3 left in this season. Starting to get enough data for tyre and fuel. Can't wait for reset, messed this season up so much.

Good little game, just ashamed its so slow. Should be race every other day.

16th with big car issues. Jut replaced most of car, now I know you can replace more than on part at a time. So should do much better next race 17yr old driver now upto 81 rating.

Still have more than 30mill and all of car is level 2

Edit - oops did ome testing for first time, didn't realise ow much ware this causes. Fr more Han a race. Engine is now at 91% hope it survives. Ah well at least I'm learning in throw away season.

Well end of season, so start of second season. Allready spent 10mill, put offer in for an amazing young driver, hope I get him.

Lost my other driver though, he finished season at 87 overall :(.

Learnt a load about tyres/fuel and more importantly I think in first season sponsors and car ware.
Hope I haven't spent to much to soon.

Well my drivers not so balance, he was third choice, but qualified near the back of the grid :(, I thought he was pretty good and only updated engine and brakes. Everyone else seem to have worse drivers and far more money left. I can only hope they've all set their race stratagem up and destroy all their components after two races.

Would really of liked more stamina and a bit more concentration. I take it you aren't in rookie season anymore? Or are you part way through a season?

At least with that much talent, should be able to build up the rest, but only any good, if I can get out of rookie, otherwise I'll lose him.

God I would never make it on extra softs, did 4 stops last race, thinking that would be good enough for tyres, tyres still ran out at same time as fuel, when I calculated tyres should have had 12-15% left when I needed fuel.

Thanks
I will probably try that two stop on softs. See how it goes.

arknor, what is it that makes a good driver?

one person is 8seconds ahead of me on qualify, his driver is only level 82 compare to my 86 and I have less money than him, so assume must have higher level car.

So what are the most important features?

Thanks got a new driver wasn't much choice.
Qualified 8th and came 10th but total guess work as I was away so just random numbers.

well given up on this season, however learning all the time. so now going for some data on the medium and hard tiers for 1 pit stop race.
Next season, straight away will bid for an amazing driver and up the wage to make sure i get them.

Bit bankrupt at the moment. after paying 18mill compensation to my old driver.

Wow Mediums last a long time, the rain messed up my stagey. As did to much fuel.

45 laps before they were worn, 55laps till pit due to low tyres. Lap 58 pit for Wet weather tyres :(

Still some valuable data. could have pitted once well before the tyres where to worn and far less fuel. Oh well.
Going to do Soft at silverstone, I have no data for that Tyre yet and at some race this season I need to run Hard and see how well they last.

Massively underestimated fuel. 3 stops for 20litres each :(. If I had left it the same as first two stops would have just been one stop and would have scored my first points. Still more data for next year.
