GPU arrived without seal..?

MSI cards don't come sealed (the box doesn't) only the anti static bag comes with a tape.
HIS cards come with a seal, but not a film around the box
If I remember, Sapphire cards come with a seal as well.
Asus I don't remember but I think they don't come with a seal.

My gtx 760 msi came with a sealed wrapped box and the inside gtx card static bag was sealed with tape.

If the box is not cellophane wrapped. Then I'm thinking that the product isnt 100% new.

I don't think I've ever had a cellophane wrapped card box yet

Iv had quite a few with a seal on the outside, xfx, evga, etc but I can't recall any being shrink-wrapped.

I originally asked the question about DSR returns and the fact that they're resold as new isn't actually the huge issue I thought it was after someone pointed out that they still have exactly the same warranty.

Im quite glad they dont shrink wrap the outer boxes, had an asus card that came shrink wrapped and when i took the shrink wrap off i touched my mrs arm and gave her a jolt :D. that stuff is full of static :D

A seal sticker would be better, but so long as the card looks ok and works fine i couldn't really give a monkeys :D
