GPU not detected by motherboard

Thanks everyone for your help, found a USB flash in my house will crack on with it now wish me luck. I have armoury crate and Iv see BIOS updates on there or should I go strait to ASUS website?

normally you would use a usb then either put it in the flash bios slot or go into bios and select update through that

So updated BIOS version 2004 and still nothing, this is so frustrating been at it last 2 nights.

so guessing its RMA, send it back get a replacement, tell them steps youve done if they have a tech dept, otherwise get a replacement

So updated BIOS version 2004 and still nothing, this is so frustrating been at it last 2 nights.

have you tried having new gpu in top slot and old gpu in bottom slot then checking pcie version in bios? or getting to windows that way and seeing if new gpu shows up?

they have an igp, its not detected in windows
