It’s impossible in most cases to follow gamer nexus advice with 360mm rads at the front of the case. That h700 and many other cases don’t have enough clearance to have tubes at the bottom. Add to the fact most aio won’t have enough tubing to reach from cpu to bottom of case navigate around a long ass gpu.

Believe it or not I get no pump noise/bubbling at all with it mounted the way I have it. That's when it is in silent or performance mode using the cam software. Temps are all good. Seen the gamer nexus video a while after the install but I have not had any issues at all and that is with Prime 95 stress testing when I was getting my overclock stable. As TrM said there is no room to fit the rad with the connections at the bottom so it was this way or top mounted. That's the one downside to AIO where you are stuck with the stock hose lengths over building a custom loop.
