GPU2 CPU usage?

Use RivaTuner to find out what your cards clocking at, make sure it's running at the correct speeds as a starting point perhaps.

It could be that your 4200 can't feed it quick enough in which case overclocking your processor may help.

I assume your using FahMon, did you set it to calculate ppd based on last 3 frames?

If it's still averaging all frame times it'll gradually pick up of course ;)
 
Hmm assuming it's done three frames since you made the changes that increase is probably most likely down to your OC.

Still something funny going on as my 320MB 8800 GTS at 550 Core | 800 Memory | 1300 Shaders is averaging 3840PPD.

Though I am running Vista 64 which means it's only using about 3% of my processor when it's at stock and 2% now it's OC'd.

Still your card has considerably better specs so should be good for at least 4K :confused:

Maybe give it a few more frames see if it picks up.
 
177.35 will see you well above 4K PPD.

You can of course take your OC off as well if you want or increase it ;)
