Gran Turismo 5 Ferrari 458 Tribute - WOW

Well, have to say that looks great, not that I wasn't expecting it to, GT5-P looked fantastic too, and I'll definietly be picking it up on day 1, no doubt about that :)

My only quibble is with Gran Turismo still using the "Real Driving Simulator" tagline, and having the cars drive terribly with no real feel :( I just want this to have good physics and a good feel as well as a beautiful looks, you can't get away making a good loooking game that has 5 year old physics behind it nowadays.

Needless to say, I'm hoping to be able to eat my hat on that and for them to pull out something that feels both special and realistic and drives and feels as good as it looks :)

Oh, and I knew Latte would be smugly creaming himself ;)
 
Oh dont be confused, Im equally as excited about each game but do know each will have their own advantages, benifits and be excellent games in their own ways.

Difference I have is that my expectations for GT5 are higher, not from favourtisim but because its been in development for 5 years and Sony see it as a flagship title, so I think thats why its taken so long. I feel and said before it may be a genre defining racing game.
PD have shown yet again when it comes to capturing cars as "art" they know how to do it.

Guess we will know soon enough...

I wish more Devs would rather produce a game that is as complete as it can be and polished, than rush a game to hit a deadlines and produce a buggy pile of poo. Like i said if you want to know more about GT5 then wait till thursday morning.
 
That's pretty impressive.

I am looking forward to this game. GT is the only racing game series that I have ever enjoyed, so I am hoping this keeps up that tradition!
 
It looks pretty amazing, don't get me wrong the Forza 3 video ain't too shabby either but you can instantly tell it's only a game, whereas GT5 just looks so real at times.

Of course there has to be an element of marketing in the decision, although the FM2 demo came out 1 month before the game, and the 24th is 1 month before release!..

I am hoping PD get aggressive and push a demo out quick smart too, which would be awesome for us!

A) Is there some GT info coming that I am blissfully unaware of?
B) Isn't GT5:P the demo?

Just in case you wheren't being sarcastic, TGS tommorrow will have the Big GT5 official announcement, and the floodgates are expected to open. Coincidentally, MS will release the FM3 demo/apparel/theme and more media..
