Can't believe how little hype surrounds this game, especially when you think it's out in just a few weeks (1st October:eek:). Can't wait myself, only reason that I picked up a PSP.

Blimey, looks pretty good from what I have just seen too. Over 800 cars.

Sounds great doesn't it:D I like the fact that what you unlock in this version of GT, you also unlock in GT5. Presume it'll just be cars, but it'd be handy if it was the licences too, save a whole lot of time!

Not sounding great tbh:( Will still get it (got it on pre-order for only £17.99), but not as excited now...

Added some of the reviews to the first post. Not all negative!

The only redeeming feature I can see so far, is that early reports said any cars earnt in GT PSP can be Transferred to GT5, is this definitely the case? If not, I might be skipping the reason I bought a PSP...

Not heard any mention of that being confirmed yet...

omg, ffs

is it easy (I'm assuming legal) for me to put my PSX Gran Turismo game on my psp?

Not exactly legal, no. You would need modded firmware, which is not allowed to be discussed here. Not done it myself, but it's supposed to run quite well.

Just played this on a friends PSP, and I'm sooooooooooo glad I canceled my pre-order:eek:

The game is shockingly boring, long load times, little or no sense of speed, and I just failed to get excited by it. I've been secretly hoping that all the reviews would be wrong and that it was really an amazing game after all. It isn't:(

Oh dear, I gave in:(

Having played it again on a friends PSP, but with it installed on the memory card this time, I was much more impressed.

I went and bought it on the PSN and I am really enjoying the game. No load time issues compared to playing from a UMD, and now that I've got over the lack of a career mode I can just get on with enjoying the game. Working my way through the tests at the moment, and having the odd race too.

All I need now is a newer PSP as my 1000 is ghosting the other cars:(
