*** Grand Theft Auto IV - The Official PS3 Multiplayer Arranging Thread ***

I wont be able to play online for the next 3 weeks 'cos my PS3 doesnt connect to the Uni internet properly for some spac reason. :(

I only have issues with the multiplayer, although kotaku are reporting that it should help with some of the random freezing issues aswell.

I'l be online quite a bit as my last exam is tomorrow :D
and I should hopefully be getting a headset soonish

I have been at uni you see for the past couple of weeks. However, I have decided to buy the Xbox360 version of the game :eek: :p and sell my PS3 version so I won't be on the PS3 version and have removed myself from the list accordingly. I will however be maintaining this thread though.
 
Annoying. Was playing fine with my friend for a little whilst last night, then we tried to start a new game and we went from the roaming lobby into the hosts lobby. I couldn't see him, and he couldn't see me, but we could both see the other players.

So, I thought it was a NAT problem, opened the ports required but still the same issue. Seems very flakey, dont have this problem with CoD4.

Nope, I have that issue as well - I once got into a game of Cops and Crooks which filled really quickly, but then I got booted :(

Most I've seen on any server is four :confused:

PSN is PookieB - so if anyone is playing regularly, add me :)

edit: oh, and I have a headset...
