Not entirely sure on your returns polices etc for this particular case. If it is on the forums its not clear to me.
So far i see you have done all you can regarding your polices but one thing you have to remember is that there are a lot of enthusiast's here which basically means if you tell us "we checked your gpu and its fine" to us that means, crap, its my system and me for one will check everything until hopefully its sorted, i don't like to be beat by a PC!!! And this certainly rings true with Allnamestaken. Thing is when do we STOP?? What is the cuttoff point where we can't return something?? It needs to be made very clear, otherwise your gonna end up with a whole heap of rma's
And TBH i would be very upset with this whole situation, maybe he has tinkered and tried to fix longer than he ought to, but at least he's tried.... More than some folk!
