Grass Cutting,,,

Well, I am lazy and cba to cut the grass, does anyone know the easiest solution to cut grass easily?
We have a cheap flymo lawnmower which isnt the best, it needs emptying often and isnt the most powerful machine.

Whats the easiest way to cut it, is there any grass grown repellents or something, or better yet, some decent lawnmower?

Just buy a good petrol lawn mower, spend a good amount of money though, (Depends on the size of your lawn) be it ride on, rotary (very good for stripes and bowling green surface) etc.

Petrol is a lot better than Electric, no cables for accidents etc.

these things are just the most fun you can have in your garden, and they also cut the grass whilst your chasing moles around...

otherwise use a sythe for ease

I bought a £130 petrol mower. It's even self propelled.

I had a top of the range electric Flymo rotary mower before, and it was utter pap. It didn't cut well, baulked at the sight of grass over 4" long (and stalled constantly), and took at least half an hour to mow the back garden.

My petrol mower never stalls, drives itself, and takes 5 minutes to cut the back lawn. Plus it's actually quite fun. It gives a better cut than the Flymo too, which surprised me.

I actually love my gardeners. The last time i cut the grass, it took well over 3 hours and i was shattered.

Couldn't you just burn the grass? (Well, set it on fire and then put water on after a few seconds to put the fire out; after this use a leaf-blower to blow away the burned ends of the grass).

I've got images of a guy with a cigarette lighter very slowly lighting patches of the grass with a bucket of water beside him.

Omg..cover the grass with a thin layer of petrol, set it alite and be ready with water. :eek:
