Great Browser Game - Travian

I considered it, but he'd just use them to attack me again, so I figure I can use his ransom to build more defences for the next attack, which will no doubt be stronger.
Shame, I used all the resources I could before the attack, just so there was less for him to take. Turns out I didn't need to as he was weak and feeble!

My pop's 63, and I have my first Phalanx :)

Just rename my village to krootopia :D
 
I just sent him a message asking how much they were worth to him.
He's read it, but not replied.

I was foolish and sent my last remaining Phalanx in to raid a village that according to the stats had no defence. He died. I feel stupid!

I now have no troops, no free traps and no resources!

Not a brilliant position to be in...

If anyone can spare any troops or wood/clay/iron, I'd appreciate it and promise to return the favour later!

Just don't attack with just the one guy!

Anyway, I sent you an invite. People who have close to the average (currently 69), or are above it now get preferential treatment!

Phalanxs are defensive units anyhoo, so I'll be using them initially to bolster my town a bit.

Shall be joining the alliance circa 17:25 when your embassy is done upgrading ;)
 
There are invites for Lolly and Karl at the moment. The first of those to accept the invite gets in. If neither accept before tonight, I'll send out a few more invites.
 
that offer of an alliance with FF5 could be good to go for. they are only small but are in an alliance with a few others as well.
 
I attacked a non defended village with 1 bloke. He died... :(

How many dudes do I need for a village that isn't defended?

I think I need to say it again, NEVER attack with just the one guy. If you has attacked with 2, you would have suffered no casulties.

I took the two alliances, basically because I thought we could so with some help. It is hardly going to make a big difference, but it might help.

EDIT: Frosti, you have an invite.
 
The person I tried to attack but failed, has just sent me some wood as a peace offering. I feel guilty now!

Still nothing back from the person whose troops I currently have trapped. I'm prepared to keep them indefinitely until he either pays my ransom or gives them up!
