Everyone knows our squad is not balanced, but on the whole it's not bad. Rangnick will try and implement a system and that will take time. The Ole situation is a perfect demonstration that playing brilliantly for a few games doesn't really mean much.
The players were clearly struggling today, for whatever reason. Perhaps they're struggling to understand the system, perhaps they've overtrained, etc. I think the January transfer window could well be critical, Varane coming back will help a lot too if he can stay fit.

I actually hope he clears a few out in January. I'm also hoping he changes it up a bit on Tuesday. I'd drop Fernandes. He's been pretty terrible almost all season. Neither Sancho or Rashford have offered more than Elanga could. Some of these players need to fight for their place a bit more. I'd persist with Dalot and Telles for another match also. Hopefully he'll also have the nuts to keep Pogba benched if he isn't signing a new contract. So Martial, Lingard, Mata out at very least.

Seems like Lindelof is ok, never good seeing a player go off pointing at their chest after no clear collision with an opponent.

interesting he’s added a psychologist to his coaching team too, there definitely needs to be a mental shift to be able to constantly run at opponents
Listening to 606 and Sutton has gone in on Salah several times and says he should have been booked. Weve had a LEEDS fan also go in on Salah yet doesnt mention Rudiger throwing himself to the ground meaning his own team doesnt gain a point. Salah is kicked and has a knee go through him.
