Those VAR camera angles for offside (Palace vs Brighton) look a bit pants, I assume there are better ones that they use to select players body parts from?

Edit:
This is the angle I'm on about which is all we see
Surely the player in front of the player with arm out is playing the Brighton player on. Take it the one miles off had nothing to do with the goal?

Yea the one miles off wasn't involved, I just don't get how this can be accurate unless they have some other angle behind the scenes which doesn't get shown.

The camera's are calibrated to take into account the angle.
I get that, I just don't understand how they can select the furthest forward bit from that camera angle, there must be other that just aren't broadcast? There was another which was shown but it was no better.

Presumably they do a bit of trial and error when plotting the points and the tech tells them if it's further forward than the point before etc.

That Southampton own goal :o :D

edit: and Forster is terrible. He's the only keeper in the world worse than Kepa when it comes to shots from distance.

Leicester 4-1 brilliant, especially after leading 2-1 and losing 2-3 last season. :D

Buying a few players does wonderful things to the team. could have been completely different if we'd signed a few players in the summer.
