A lot off-the-peg are probably much less serious than people might think.

Fainting and collapse happens for all sorts of reasons, not just cardiac problems.

Burnley's biggest strength is being able to bring teams down to their level and with the horrendous weather conditions today, they done just that. We really struggled to get going and play any sort of football but thankfully, on the whole, we were comfortable at the back. All but two (one being a lucky deflection leading to a chance and one a counter from what should have been a penalty to us) of Burnley's attacks were flagged offside but given the way we're dealing with offsides right not, it gave an impression that they had lots of chances.

With hindsight it might have been better to start Thiago today but given his injury problems and the fact he played Thursday and we have another game on Wednesday, it's easy to understand why he didn't.

Zouma 'unwell' and dropped out of the starting 11 at the last minute.

The fact he was in the squad again just shows how horrible West Ham are.

Souness spot on. Brilliant.
