Forgive the heresy but I can't see what Ronaldo is adding to this team. He's missed the good chance he had as he had in the last few games. I'm almost in the camp where of he left after a year I wouldn't shed a tear.
 
Is it just me that wants to slap any player who is offside because they can't be ****** to trot back to keep behind the last defenders when their team are still attacking. Ronaldo and Rashford both just walked back so that when the ball came back into the box they were both offside. Its just laziness.

Tough to tell if age has caught up with him or low on confidence. Couple of times he's just looked oddly hesitant. Will be tough replacing both Ronaldo and Cavani (and effectively Greenwood) in one summer.

Its not heresy, its having eyeballs. Even when he was banging in the goals he was still causing the team a lot of issues. Now he isn't scoring he is quite literally pointless for the most part.

I really hope he goes in the summer no matter what. We already had Cavani, we didn't need another ageing striker and certainly not one who doesn't work for the team.
 
They need to get rid of linesman and replace them with technology. I am all for letting play continue when its marginal but that was probably a good metre and a half.
 
That wasn't even close, I can understand waiting if it's 1/2m or less but that is just stupid. At this point we could just get rid of the officials and use a guy on camera and a robot with a whistle noise.

Cavani plays whenever he feels like it and Ronaldo has a negative effect on your team. Just one signing would do
 
They always flag after the move is complete so VAR can confirm, if its actually onside then you don't prevent a legal goal being scored.

Need to get that automated offside tech to go straight to the assistant to insta flag.

Great work from Rashford for the goal. Glad he was unselfish.

I quite like him pressing up with give-and-goes like first 20 mins but he's well inconsistent.
