Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [16th - 24th Jan 2021]

So dumb playing out from the back like this against an aggressive press.

I mean it’s how you’ve created your decent chances, you just have to accept it’s not going to work and invite more pressure sometimes, Liverpool in no danger of scoring so seems worthwhile

Can see Cavani getting a goal or two

Would need to create some sort of chance for that to happen.

We have been dire.

Ignoring Liverpools lack of cutting edge they have shown us what a decent team looks like on a football pitch.

I think Liverpool are suffering from post title blues and not having a crowd behind them to keep their energy levels up.

Take the context into account. Liverpool have been boss for the past two years and have an amazing home record. Man Utd are basically still boys and need to grow into men which is slowly happening. Going to Anfield and getting a result is going to be daunting to even the best.

I wonder will it ever been highlighted in the absolute waste ‘knuckleball’ free kicks are, such a dog**** technique that requires massive luck to work
